books books books books

In the spirit of 'what goes around comes around' - in a good way - here are two beautiful books filled with gorgeous, stylish knits for those of you with little ones in your life.

Now I am going to give both of them away but there are guidelines to my give away and they go like this

One book will go to a random visitor who comments here AND who lives in Australia.

And one book will go to a random visitor who has two daughters in law of Italian decent and who lives in a street, it's name beginning with 'm'  and who has 4 little ones in her life and who answers to the name of Dawnnie.

And for a lot more beautiful children's knitting Milla Mia

I'm in Sydney at the mo
Yesterday had the funnest time at the ABC 702 Knit In and vintage shopping with lifeinthedome.
Today I pick up the tea cosy display at the Powerhouse Museum and lunch with grrl+dog
Tomorrow I train it to Bowral to give a workshop at the Wool Addiction yarn store for 2 days.
Friday I fly home sweet home.

Ah me - it is a knitty knotty life.

I have some knitters close-knit to me, so I guess I should not exempt myself from your lovely giveaway option number one, the random one who lives in Australia. What a sweetie on the cover, too. Have a lovely time in Bowral, Loani!

Hmmm... Don't have any daughters-in-law, only Russian and Austrian in my family, the only little ones in my life are two dogs, I do have 2 kids, but they're 6'2", and my street is actually a road and begins with 'h'. Do I qualify?

I have just discovered your blog via Dillpickle and what do I see but that gorgeous Milla Mia book on your site. I would love a copy too to knit for my daughter and god-daughter. They are such inspirational books full of bright colors and patterns! Off to read the rest of your blog now.

Well, I was close. A bloke living on a boat, have 4 kids, 9 grandchildren and one G-grandchild. But you are so naughty you deserve my silly comment! :-) Happy knitting in Beautiful Bowral!
I don't qualify at all, but just thought I'd comment on how cute that coat is on the cover. I'd love it in an adult size, too.

PS My daughter is graduating high school this week - I'm so happy for her, but will miss her terribly. It goes by too fast!

Thank you for playing.
