So tell me....

What is the number, the line past which, the moment when wearing a knitted hat with knitted flowers is no longer cute, but just plain eccentric?

I fear I might be already getting myself ready for a mad old age.

Perhaps there is such a thing as cute eccentricity?

The red nose is the reason for not being with these fabulous women today. Boo hoo! GO AWAY cold! GO AWAY!

Made with two threads of Jo Sharp Silkwood Aran Tweed and 6mm needles and a rose and a leaf

i think you're seriously cute in this hat and i also kinda wonder what the answer to this question is. i guess i'm just going for eccentric. i'm sure as hell not going to stop wearing what i love just because i'm considered too old for it. good heavens...

Surely a little eccentricity is a good thing! Cute, even. Hope your naughty cold goes away soon, Loani.

There's no such thing as a line - anything worn with confidence and joy will be timelessly elegant. I love it - it's very 1920s and very fetching - red nose and all! Hope your cold goes soon.

Great hat, the flower makes it. Love the bags below, as well.
